Privacy Policy
Effective 23 July 2026. Applies to Zenith App Foundry and Zenith Consulting Services.
Who we are
Zenith App Foundry (ZAF) and Zenith Consulting Services (ZCS) are business names of Zenith Consulting Services Pty Ltd (ABN 29 918 988 901), an Australian company. This one policy covers our websites (pathproof.app, zenithappfoundry.com, zenithconsultingservices.com.au) and the PathProof desktop application. Contact for anything privacy related: support@zenithappfoundry.com.
What we collect
- Beta signup: your email address, so we can send your download link and licence key.
- Name: if you enter your first and last name in the PathProof licence screen, we store it with your licence record so support can address you properly.
- Licence and download activity: licence checks and download counts tied to your licence record, used to operate the beta.
- Support email: whatever you send us when you email support.
- Standard server logs: our hosting (Amazon CloudFront and AWS WAF) records request metadata such as IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.
What PathProof does not collect
- Your project schedules are processed locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.
- The app sends no usage telemetry or analytics to us.
- AI assistant API keys are stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us. If you enable the AI assistant, your prompts and selected project data go directly from your device to your chosen AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) under their terms.
Cookies and analytics
Our websites currently set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts. If that changes we will update this policy first.
How we use and share it
We use your details only to run the beta: sending your download link and licence key, validating licences, responding to support, and occasional beta update emails. We do not sell or rent personal information, ever. Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in Australia (Sydney region), and email is delivered via Amazon SES; AWS acts as our processor. We disclose personal information only if required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep licence records for the life of the beta program and any successor licence you take up. Email support@zenithappfoundry.com from your signup address and we will delete your record, normally within 30 days.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you may request access to and correction of your personal information. If you are in the EEA or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR also give you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection; our lawful basis for processing is performance of the beta licence you request (contract) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Exercise any of these rights by emailing support@zenithappfoundry.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or, for EEA/UK residents, your local supervisory authority.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged in a beta update email.
