Privacy Policy

Effective 3 August 2026. Applies to the pathproof.app website and the PathProof desktop application.

Who we are

PathProof is a product of Zenith App Foundry, a business name of Zenith Consulting Services Pty Ltd (ABN 29 918 988 901), an Australian company. This policy covers the pathproof.app website and the PathProof desktop application. The brand websites have their own policies: Zenith App Foundry and Zenith Consulting Services. What we collect

What PathProof does not collect

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies and records a truncated IP address. We have turned off Google signals and advertising personalisation, so your visit is not used to build an advertising profile or followed across other sites. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, analytics never loads. Google Analytics processes data overseas, including in the United States, under Google's terms.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser to make that judgement, under their privacy policy.

How we use and share it

We use your details only to run the beta: issuing and sending your licence key, validating licences, responding to support and contact enquiries, and occasional beta update emails. We do not sell or rent personal information, ever. Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in Australia (Sydney region), and email is delivered via Amazon SES; AWS acts as our processor. We disclose personal information only if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep licence records for the life of the beta program and any successor licence you take up. Anonymous trial records (the machine-identifier hash described above) carry no personal information and are kept for the beta period. Email support@zenithappfoundry.com from your signup address and we will delete your record, normally within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you may request access to and correction of your personal information. If you are in the EEA or UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR also give you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection; our lawful basis for processing is performance of the beta licence you request (contract) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Exercise any of these rights by emailing support@zenithappfoundry.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or, for EEA/UK residents, your local supervisory authority.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged in a beta update email.
